Agreement
By using Ghostdraft, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
The Service
Ghostdraft is an AI writing assistant that generates social media drafts based on your voice profile. We provide:
- AI-generated draft posts in your writing style
- Tools to refine and polish your ideas
- Voice profile learning from your feedback
Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Ghostdraft
- One account per person
Content Ownership
Your content: You own everything you input (sample posts, ideas, bio) and everything you publish using our generated drafts.
Generated drafts: Drafts we generate for you are yours to use, edit, and publish however you want. We don't claim ownership of generated content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Ghostdraft to:
- Generate spam, harassment, or hate speech
- Impersonate others or spread misinformation
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
- Share your account with others
Payments & Refunds
- Free trial: 7 days, no credit card required
- Paid plans: Billed monthly
- Cancel anytime from Settings — access continues until period ends
- No refunds for partial months, but we may make exceptions
Disclaimers
- Ghostdraft is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted service
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate — review before posting
- We're not responsible for how you use generated content
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from Settings.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
